SCHEDULING & WORKFORCE

Compliance that knows who is actually working.

Ordinary forms software can say: "the forklift inspection is overdue." Verifiqa can say: "the forklift inspection is overdue for the active warehouse shift. Notify the qualified warehouse employees who are actually working today, and escalate to the supervisor if it remains incomplete."

EXAMPLE

Warehouse opening shift

Fifteen minutes after the shift starts, the forklift inspection hasn't been completed. Verifiqa automatically notifies the employees actually on shift - not everyone in the department - and escalates to the supervisor if it remains incomplete.

1

07:00 — Shift starts

Three employees belong to the warehouse team; only two are working today.

2

07:15 — Inspection missing

The forklift inspection required at shift start hasn't been completed yet.

3

On-shift workers notified

Verifiqa notifies the employees actually on shift - not everyone in the department.

4

07:30 — Supervisor escalation

Still incomplete, so the supervisor is alerted automatically.

5

Inspection completed

Escalation stops automatically once the work is done.

6

Audit trail preserved

Every step - schedule, presence, task, escalation, completion - stays in the record.

BENEFITS

Smart compliance targeting

Instead of notifying every employee in a department, Verifiqa can notify only those who are scheduled today, currently clocked in, assigned to the relevant location, part of the required team or role, and qualified for the work.

Automatic escalation

A shift starts, a required inspection becomes due, and if it's still incomplete after a grace period, Verifiqa alerts the eligible employees on shift - then escalates to the supervisor if it's still not done.

Attendance-aware operations

See scheduled employees who haven't punched in, late arrivals, missing clock-outs, employees present without a scheduled shift, and outstanding work before shift end.

Stronger audit evidence

Scheduled 7:00, clocked in 7:03, forklift inspection completed 7:08, safety checklist acknowledged 7:11, corrective action assigned 10:43, clocked out 15:04 - one operational record connecting people, time, workflows and evidence.

Included in Business. Available as an add-on elsewhere.

The Business plan includes scheduling & attendance at no extra cost. On Starter or Pro, add it for $2/month per active user.

FAQ

Is this a payroll system?

No. Scheduling and attendance improve operational workflows, task assignment, compliance reminders and evidence. Attendance records can be exported or integrated with payroll systems, but Verifiqa is not intended to calculate payroll.

Can reminders go only to employees working today?

Yes. Workflow rules can use schedules and attendance so reminders and assignments reach employees who are scheduled or currently present, with optional filters for role, team, location and qualifications.

Can supervisors be alerted when required work is missed?

Yes. Organizations can configure grace periods and escalation rules so unresolved inspections, checklists or other required work can be automatically escalated.

Does Verifiqa track employee GPS continuously?

No. Workforce-aware workflows use operational locations and point-in-time attendance context, not continuous employee location tracking.
